Innovative visionary AZ I AM founder, Alanna Zabel, has been leading Goddess Detox Retreats for 30 years, and she is the first to create a Juice Fasting weekend experience. You are embarking on this journey with an absolute pro who believes in balance and moderation, so as not to shock the body's natural systems (which creates a yo-yo cycle), but instead to ease into deep healing and healthier habits.

Our wonderful leadership, program, and community will help to align you with your truest self - we're committed to guiding you through this journey!

Intimate Experience:

We are hosting this intimate retreat along the central coast of CA for only 6 people each retreat - giving you personalized care and attention to your specific healing needs. Take time to connect with your truest self, nurture your body, heart, mind and soul.

We will be juice fasting with teas, elixirs, healthy soup broths and other superfoods giving you high absorption of nutritional healing, while giving your systems a weekend to relax, heal and reset!
