AZ I AM Yoga has created a powerful One Day Detox Retreat “Staycation" Retreat
Your morning begins at our hike destination (or beach walk). We'll begin with a metabolism boosting elixir, followed by an inspiring hike in the Santa Monica mountains overlooking the beautiful Southern California coastline, or along the beachside coast. You will enjoy our fresh-squeezed, organic juice blended into a superfood smoothie while you hike.
Next we’ll journey over to AZ I AM for a Detox Yoga class where you'll be treated with AZ I AM's signature Chlorophyll Lemonade. After an afternoon relaxing at the Luxe Hotel, beach or in AZ I AM's community lounge or wellness center, where you can journal, relax, and meditate. You'll be refreshed with another wholesome and healthy, organic juice before your afternoon Restorative Deep Stretch class.
You'll have the option to book a massage or Reiki session at AZ I AM's Wellness Center if desired.
While you're relaxing by the pool, boosting your natural Vitamin D, we’ll treat you to our detox elixirs, teas and vegan soup.
After your afternoon relaxation, we'll relax deeper with a Meditative and Healing Sound Bath to seal your wonderfully healing Staycation. #ThePerfectDay
Want to relax longer?! Add an overnight stay if you're attending from out of town, or simply want to relax longer. Options include a 1-night stay at our local "Well Bnb" (if available), OR our hotel partner, the Luxe Sunset Hotel in Brentwood (use our discount code AZIAM when booking).
